Why the Policy Changed?
Previously, we provided free replacements, trusting our customers completely. Unfortunately, we encountered cases where:
- Empty boxes were returned instead of shoes.
- Rough or old clothes were sent back in place of the original product.
- Used shoes were returned to us.
To prevent misuse and maintain fairness, we have implemented the following updated policy:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted if the product is dispatched back within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must contact us on WhatsApp and send the item to our return address on the same day. If the package is not received within 4 days, StepIn will not be responsible for the exchange.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange, unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size, color, or article).

At StepIn, we offer a return option if you are not satisfied with the product. Kindly follow these guidelines:

2. Return Process:
- The customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges for the return.
- Pack the product securely and include the delivery slip within the parcel.
- Write your bank account details clearly on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
